How To Take a Punch

How To Take a Punch

Hopefully you won't need to put this information to use anytime soon, but here is how to take a punch:

The trick is to shorten the swing of the attacker, and the best method of doing that is by stepping INTO the punch. Sure, it doesn't sound like alot of fun, but you will lower the velocity of the punch, causing it to create much less force and possibly saving you a broken nose.

That's the BIG SECRET to taking a punch!
